Please inform us of these alterations at the time of purchase. Altering/customizing of any fixtures designates that these sales are final and not returnable or exchangeable. Damages/Defects and Errors: Kindly report any damages, defects or errors to received shipments, promptly, by calling 1-800-839-9001 (residents outside of the contiguous United States please call 1-908-686-2907) or by priority email at order@unionlighting.com Returns: All returns must first be approved by a Union Lighting representative. All non-approved returns are subject to refusal. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of order. Non-Defective Returns: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be in sellable condition. Items that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of returned items by a Union Lighting representative.
